This is one of my favorite scents! It has a floral scent, but it’s still a really fresh scent with a bit of an edge. It’s a combo of gardenia petals, black vanilla, pear and sandalwood scents. It sounds like an odd combo, but it’s amazing! The packaging has changed a bit since I bought this, but it still comes in super cute bottle that will look perfect on your vanity!
Elemis Frangipani Monoi Body Oil
Long name for an amazing oil! This is a must have for all my ladies living anywhere that gets snowy and cold this time of year! All this cold, dry winter weather can really do a number on your skin! This body oil is one of my favorites for hydrating my dry winter skin. It has an amazing floral and coconut scent that will leave your skin feeling silky smooth! It’s a bit pricey, but it will definitely last you a while. I don’t use mine on a daily basis, but the bottle I have has lasted me over a year. Since it has coconut oil in it, the oil will solidify if it’s not warm. I usually just set the bottle in the shower with me and by the time I get out the oil has heated up enough to turn to liquid. You will seriously feel like you are having a mini spa moment using your warm, soothing oil!
A Slob Comes Clean Podcast
So I’ll be really honest with you gals, I struggle to keep my apartment clean and organized. I really have no good excuse, no kids or husband messing stuff up, not even a dog, just me! Cleaning and organizing has just never been something that comes really easily to me. A Slob Comes Clean is a great podcast for anyone who needs help getting organized! Host Dana White has excellent, simple tips that will help you get your life in order. I love to listen to her podcast while I clean. If you are a super neat freak (or a “normal” person as she calls them) you may not see the greatness of this podcast. I think you have to be a bit of a mess to truly appreciate how life changing her tips and tricks can be. Most of what she suggests is simple to implement but creates habits that will help you keep an organized house. There’s no better time to develop good habits than when you only have yourself to worry about!
